According to
rubylane.com, this is a picture of Elida, New Mexico from the 1880's. The problem being that Elida wasn't founded until 1902. There is an Elida, Ohio that dates back to 1852. Maybe it's Ohio or maybe it's New Mexico and the date is off. What do you think?
